由于面临巨大的经营压力，国际投行高盛集团正在酝酿新一轮裁员。

据悉，此次高盛计划在全集团裁员近250人，主要针对包括董事总经理在内的高层职位。裁员的具体时间尚未确定，但可能在近几周内进行。

这将是高盛在过去不到一年时间里进行的第三轮裁员。去年9月，高盛裁减了数百名员工。今年1月，高盛进一步裁减约3200名员工，约占员工总数的 6.5%，该轮裁员后，高盛在全球约有4500名员工。

利率上升、全球经济动荡加上近期银行业危机削弱了许多公司交易的能力。今年以来，企业并购活动急剧放缓，除高盛外，多家国际投行也相继公布裁员计划。

摩根大通近日宣布将在全行范围内裁减约500名员工，人员主要集中在技术和运营方面；5月初，摩根士丹利也宣布计划在今年二季度裁员约3000人，相当于除财富管理部门之外的全球员工总数的5%。如果得以实施，这将是摩根士丹利半年内的第二轮裁员。

当裁员风暴席卷硅谷，这股浪潮也终究吹向了华尔街。

PPG recently announced that it has inaugurated a battery pack application center (BPAC) in Tianjin, China. 该项目总投资3000万美元，用于向客户展示PPG在电动汽车动力电池领域的创新技术、材料和系统解决方案，以帮助他们加速开发新型电动汽车技术。 The $30-million facility features a full range of capabilities to test the application of PPG coatings technologies, materials and systems for electric vehicle (EV) battery packs, allowing customers to accelerate the development of new EV technologies. 据悉，该创新应用中心将支持各种PPG技术的应用测试，包括粉末、防火、绝缘、粘合剂和密封剂、表面预处理和电泳技术，并采用模块化设计，促使各技术应用领域的独立项目可以同期完成。 The BPAC will include application testing for PPG technologies, including powder coatings, fire protection coatings, dielectric coatings, adhesives and sealants, surface pre-treatment, and e-coat technologies. bp Teams Up with Zhenergy to Extend Reach in China Gas Market

bp供图 近日，bp宣布与浙能集团旗下天然气集团及其控股子公司“浙能天然气”签署合资经营合同，共同成立一家销售公司（合资公司），通过槽车运输方式销售液化天然气（LNG）。 bp has announced a joint venture contract with Zhenergy Group’s Zhejiang Energy Gas Group Co., Ltd. and its holding subsidiary (“Zhenergy Gas”), a subsidiary company of Zhenergy Group, recently to jointly establish a marketing company (“JV”), to supply trucked liquified natural gas (LNG) in China. 这是bp与浙能天然气的首次合作。 This is the first time bp has worked with Zhenergy Gas. 据悉，该合资公司也是bp在中国的第三家槽车LNG贸易与销售公司，另外两家为深圳大鹏液化天然气销售有限公司和新英能源贸易有限公司。 The JV will be bp’s third trucked LNG marketing and sales venture in China, following the other two JVs–Shenzhen Dapeng LNG Marketing Co., Ltd. and Xinying Energy Marketing Co., Ltd.

bp集团高级副总裁、bp中国总裁杨士旭表示，bp的战略包括投资当今以油气为主的能源体系，同时追加对bp转型和能源转型的投资。LNG可以替代煤炭、石油和柴油等燃料，而这些燃料的碳和其他排放物的排放量通常更大，因此LNG可在中国改善空气质量进程中发挥作用。

Simon Yang, bp group senior vice president and bp China president said: “ bp’s strategy includes both investing in today’s energy system, which is predominately oil and gas, and investing more in our transition and the energy transition. LNG can displace fuels like coal, oil and diesel with typically greater carbon and other emissions playing a role in improving air quality in China. ”
